Post terdahulu telah pun saya kongsikan mengenai dried sinew atau bahasa kita cakap Urat Keting kering yang telah digunakan sejak zaman terdahulu untuk elemen bahan dalam seni pembuatan busur. https://mybusur.com/epoxy-resin-bow-making/

Dried Sinew keluaran kami adalah menggunakan keting lembu yang di import dan diproses di Arrouha Sports & Outdoors Sdn Bhd, Hulu Langat, Selangor.

Keting Kering ini amat sukar didapati dan proses mengambil masa yang amat lama.

Option yang kita ada adalah Artificial Sinew ( Keting Tiruan ) yang banyak digunakan oleh pembuat arrow dan bow. Biasanya digunakan sebagai pengikat pada tempat yang sering mengalami masalah pecah kerosakan ketika digunakan.

Artificial Sinew ini adalah diperbuat dari polyster yang kuat dan dilapisi wax untuk menghindarkan halusan rerambut agar tidak cepat putus.

Ikatan pada penghujung handle busur yang selalunnya akan mengalami delamination

Ikatan pada groove siyah kadang kala akan terpecah disebabkan kayu yg digunakan adalah tidak kuat.

Handmade Leather Bow String Keeper - will assist in keeping the bow string in place when your bow is unstrung.  These items are all handmade.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Remove string from upper limb nock leaving the string loop over the limb.
• Keep the lower string loop placed in the nock on the lower limb.
• Place the Arrouha™ String Keeper over the upper nock with lace lying on the back of the bow limb. 
• Slip the Lace Knot and Button through the upper string loop. 
• Hold the Knot and push the Button up until the bowstring is snug.
